BPS Practitioner

BPS Healthcare Director

The Sales Director is accountable for net new sales for Wipro. Sales Executive should be able to establish strong relationships with the clients (including CxO level relationships) using their industry experience and network, and open doors for the new opportunities in the marketplace. Must have experience securing of new accounts in the Healthcare Payer sector and managing existing accounts. The capability to work in large complex accounts and with complex opportunities and relationships is required. The BPO Sales Manager will have experience selling BPO/BPM services and will be responsible for new business development and acquisition of new logo / business opportunities through developing and maintaining effective key relationships. You will manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. You will be responsible to develop relationships with key buyers and decision makers. This position will ensure business growth by directing and managing business development activities in accordance with the organization strategy. As a senior member of the Business Process Services (BPS) team, you will identify, assess, and negotiate new business opportunities that are in line with Wipro's overall strategic growth objectives. Candidate will be responsible for creating demand for and successfully selling our healthcare payer & provider insurance business process outsourcing services to Fortune 1000 Healthcare companies.

The successful candidate will have a successful track record: Selling in the Healthcare Payer sector. Prospecting at the C-level and senior executive decision maker levels demonstrating a clear understanding of their business, organization, culture, and compelling reasons to act Managing large, complex customer relationships Participating in and/or leading complex proposal solutioning and business value proposition development efforts Negotiating long-term contracts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop a winning and scalable sales strategy that generates revenue and achieves assigned goals Directly source deals and manage the sales lifecycle through close Drive a complete sales strategy that represents a breadth of services (customer contact solutions, automation, shared services, etc.) Develop and execute business plans to include prospecting, responding to inbound leads, shaping deals, solutioning, pricing, negotiating, finalizing sales contracts, closing deals, and managing customer relations Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations Deliver the required business outcomes to our customers while protecting the interests of the executives' team and Wipro's stakeholders Be a key member of the Wipro's Global Business Line DOP and contribute to shaping the company's overall strategy

Experience /Competencies/Qualifications 15+ years of experience in a sales role selling BPO Services (i.e., trust and safety, eCommerce, and operations) and horizontal BPO offerings (F&A, supply chain, procurement, contact center and HR) with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets A solid professional network and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions Ability to write and present proposals, respond to RFPs, and document activities Confident in interacting with and influencing senior leaders; with an ability to analyze data, synthesize and present results to C-level executives Strong leadership skills and an ability to work with various teams and inspire them to deliver above and beyond Business foresight and the ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop strategic opportunities Bachelor's Degree

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
