POSITION OVERVIEW
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager with executing all sales, fitness, and operations functions within TITLE Boxing Club. The AGM provides an exceptional member experience, team environment, and contributes to the club’s financial success. The AGM trains, develops and leads a diverse, high-performing team to ensure goals are met and/or exceeded. This position is responsible for upholding company policies, brand standards and delivering the best club experience!
BRAND STANDARDS amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the General Manager’s ‘go-to’ resource for daily task delegation, staff management, amp; communication
  • Deliver the best fitness experience by maintaining member engagement and a high-performing team
  • Assist with training team members on club operations and sales
  • Obtain and retain a high percentage of membership enrollments by supporting the sales team and managing the execution of the club sales metrics
  • Drive the business forward through class packages, private training, equipment, and retail sales
  • Provide direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals
  • Establish a fun, safe, and community-focused club culture
  • Help to resolve member concerns and escalate to the General Manager; when necessary
SKILLS amp; QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3+ years in a managerial role and/or retail, hospitality, fitness experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, manage clients (via call, text, email, and/or in-person) and team member concerns with approachable amp; welcoming energy
  • Fitness enthusiast and boxing experience preferred; however, not a ‘knock-out’ qualification
REQUIREMENTS
  • Availability to work 30-35 hours per week
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • CPR and First Aid certified preferred
  • Flexible hours, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
