Job description

The Infrastructure & Cloud Services Engineer is responsible for installing, configuring, and monitoring the companies on premises and cloud infrastructure with a heavy focus on Microsoft Technologies and supporting infrastructure requirements. This Team Member will be responsible for identifying technical deficiencies in designs during daily management, configuring production environments, and partnering with team members to solve technical issues. This team member is expected to perform all responsibilities with a commitment to providing superior service to the core Company'semployees, supported Ventures,and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders to obtain and carry out company initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Manage various medium to large-scale, global, enterprise network topologies including designing, deploying, and maintaining both hyper-converged and standard three-tier architecture environments leveraging Microsoft virtualization technologies.
  • Maintain and Deploy Wireless networks for remote buildings and our corporate offices.
  • Manage and deploy cloud infrastructure to support cloud migration and delivery of various technology solutions leveraging the full suite of Microsoft Azure resources.
  • Support, deploy, and manage Microsoft O365 Messaging and associated technologies.
  • Support and manage Office 365 users & Hybrid Exchange Server Configuration
  • Support, deploy, and manage OneDrive for Business and SharePoint Environments
  • Support and manage Active Directory 2019 and newer.
  • Support and manage key services including but not limited to DNS, DHCP, File Services
  • Support, manage, and deploy Azure Solutions and Services
  • Support, manage, and deploy Microsoft Intune solutions leveraging Autopilot.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the support of servers and operating systems Windows 2019 and above.
  • Understanding of Veeam or other Backup and Replication technologies
  • Working knowledge of VLANs, IPSEC Tunnels and Protocols, Virtual Networks, and Routing & Switching
  • Understanding of Physical Network Infrastructure, Layer 1 Networking, and Internet Service Providers
  • Partner with internal construction teams and external vendors to track, manage, document, and deliver technical deployments associated with building systems and technologies
  • Ability to partner with Cybersecurity in Incident Response activities and identify root cause, patient zero, and assist with threat remediation.
  • Deploy and Maintain storage area networks.
