Job description

Boxer Property Management is seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Services Engineer to support and advance our enterprise infrastructure, cloud, and communications platforms. This role is critical to maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable technology services that enable business growth and exceptional employee and customer experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and support on premises and cloud infrastructure
  • Manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune environments
  • Oversee Event Management and Omni Channel communication platforms
  • Respond to incidents and lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Support network, firewall, wireless, and Internet services
  • Collaborate with vendors and global IT teams
  • Develop documentation, workflows, and performance reports

Education & Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • Ten or more years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments
  • Microsoft, networking, or cloud certifications preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Deep expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure, and event monitoring systems
  • Experience implementing Omni Channel communications and telephony solutions
