Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Box Assembly Team Lead role in Vancouver, WA. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and support box assembly team members to ensure daily production goals are met safely and efficiently.

· Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and monitor productivity throughout the shift.

· Perform hands-on assembly of wood, metal, or custom packaging products according to specifications and customer requirements.

· Inspect assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.

· Train and mentor new employees on assembly processes, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

· Monitor material usage and communicate inventory needs to supervisors.

· Troubleshoot assembly issues and work with production leadership to resolve operational challenges.

· Ensure all safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions are followed.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

· Complete production reports and accurately document production activities.

· Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and workflow.

· Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, and quality challenges to management promptly.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience required.

· Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.

· Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic assembly drawings.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

· Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

· Basic computer skills and experience with production documentation.
