Job description

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals for entry-level assembly roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Join our Coats team as an Assembly Operator, responsible for assembling high-quality products at various workstations throughout the plant while adhering to established cycle times.
1st shift: Mon-Thursday 6-2:30pm, Friday 5-1:30pm
$20.07/hr

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products using hand and power tools
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Meet daily production targets and cycle times
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments as needed
  • Keep workstations stocked and organized
  • Follow instructions and collaborate with team members

Education, Skills, and Experience:
  • Reliable attendance is critical
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred.
