Job description

Description

The Finishing Utility position can incorporate several tasks such as box assembly, casting sorting, and other general duties. Primarily though, Team Members assigned to this classification are taught to grind and inspect the castings produced at Rochester Metal Products. This position requires Team Members to use a 30" snag grinder and various air and hand tools. Team Members use Process Cards that show in words and pictures the customer's specification for the casting and must ensure that the finished product meets those specs.



2nd shift = $19.35


PLUS you could receive additional compensation for this position:

  • Hourly incentive pay is available to qualified Team Members with a cap of $30.03 per hour
