Wooster Motor Ways is hiring a dependable, safety-first Company Driver to haul freight across our regional lanes. We offer steady miles, a team that looks out for you, and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers.

| Argos, IN-based! Drop Hook on the front end, live unload on the back. Runs to Bolingbrook Fort Wayne!

Argos to Bowling Brook: $190 per load. up to 2 loads per day Monday - Friday

Argos to Fort Wayne: 3 loads per day at $130/load Monday - Friday

Benefits: Daily or weekend home time depending on route, stable freight, and a professional work environment

Additional Pay for all Driver Types

Equipment:

Our International LT trucks come fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, TV, premium driver's seat, and an auxiliary power unit (APU) for your comfort on the road.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight, general commodities, and specialized cargo.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
  • Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow special handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight.
  • Maintain accurate HOS logs and all required DOT/FMCSA documentation.
  • Verify bills of lading, collect signatures/receipts, and ensure all paperwork is complete and correct.
  • Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fluids, minor repairs); keep trailer clean and ready.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid Class A CDL With1 year of experience — required.
  • HazMat endorsement preferred not required.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • TWIC card is preferred, not required.
  • Must pass and maintain all DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.
