Job Opportunity

Bowhead seeks individuals to network with relative to a potential opportunity on the AFGSC BOMBER SQUADRON OPERATIONS SUPPORT (BSOS) contract at facilities in Barksdale, AFB, LA. Bowhead will provide support functions including aircrew scheduling support, training support, stan/eval support, and EFB support.

Bowhead seeks to network with qualified individuals relative to this potential opportunity which is contingent upon award and not currently funded. Incumbent employees are encouraged to respond. No solicitations or third-party applications will be accepted.

Responsibilities

Positions available may include:

  • Aircrew scheduling support
  • Operations training support
  • Stan/eval support
  • Operations group electronic flight bag support
Qualifications

• Required education, years of experience, and certifications will vary based on position requirements and may be subject to change per release of the proposal

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts

• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level or above.

Physical demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
  • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
