Description


Position Overview:

We are seeking a growth-oriented Brand Marketing Manager to support the expansion of our direct-to-consumer business. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role in supporting our world-class brand portfolio, which includes BowFlex, Schwinn Fitness, Horizon Fitness, and JRNY. This role will develop and execute brand and product marketing strategies across web and digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and scaling marketing campaigns for performance-driven e-commerce brands and is comfortable analyzing creative performance, customer insights, and market trends to inform optimization strategies. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Creative, and external agency teams to manage product launches, test positioning concepts, and improve the end-to-end customer journey. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a test-and-learn mindset to continuously improve performance across digital channels.


Responsibilities:


Marketing strategy: 

Develop and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, high-impact brand and product marketing campaigns across web and digital platforms (e.g., paid social, paid search, GEO/SEO, email, content) to drive revenue and brand growth.

Partner with Marketing, Web and Creative stakeholders to translate brand and product positioning into channel-specific asset plans, balancing brand-building at the top of funnel with conversion-focused messaging at the bottom. 


Cross-functional leadership: 

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Creative) to analyze performance data, customer insights, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and identify optimization opportunities.

Manage agency relationships, including project scoping, timelines and budgets. 


Product launch:

Own the end-to-end DTC product launch process from kick-off to launch, aligning teams with clear roadmaps and business objectives. 

Define product positioning and differentiation strategies, ensuring the brand stands out in a crowded market.

Partner with Consumer Insights to develop and execute testing plans to identify high-performing concepts and messaging strategies grounded in user data.


Other Job Functions:

Create and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and report actionable insights to senior leadership.

Requirements


Education:

4-year degree in marketing, business or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.


Experience:

5-7+ years in D2C e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand management required.

Understanding of e-commerce and performance marketing KPIs and how to impact them, including conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, marketing efficiency and ROAS.

Marketing experience for a global consumer fitness, wellness or high-AOV brand preferred.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency partners.

Strong analytical mindset to synthesize data and turn it into actionable, data-driven decisions.

Experience developing and executing annual/quarterly marketing planning roadmaps.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and quickly adapt to changing priorities and timelines.


Other Requirements:

Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency. 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite required.

Familiarity with Shopify, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and ad platforms a plus.

Familiarity with collaboration tools such as FigJam or Miro a plus. 

Occasional domestic and international travel required.

Valid driver's license.
