  • Sales experience and a consultative approach to every interaction.
  • Experience in a call center environment, retail, hospitality, debt collector, stockbroker, or food & beverage industries a plus
  • Resilience to rejection and the determination to bounce back
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic market
  • Friendly, outgoing personality accompanied by a naturally high sales acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great work ethic - Must be dependable and require minimal supervision after training

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the fundamentals of mortgage banking and lending processes.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships, guiding them through the mortgage process.
  • Utilize a dialer to make outbound phone calls to warm leads
  • Support a top producing Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow up
  • Manage leads in our CRM
  • Provide fantastic customer service to bankers, clients, and referral sources
