ELS is hiring for the position of Sales Support Specialist in Plano, Texas.

Sales Support Specialist

Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000 annually + benefits

The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical operational role in supporting the success of the Sales organization through reporting,logisticscoordination, onboarding support, system administration, vendor management, and cross-functional communication. This role serves asa central pointof coordination between Sales Leadership, Property Teams, Accounting, IT, Marketing, Operations, and external vendors to ensure daily sales operations run smoothly and efficiently.

This position thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and follow-through are essential. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, confident working in Excel and reporting systems, and willing to take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Administrative Support

  • Support day-to-day operations for the Sales organization across multiple regions and departments

  • Maintain sales team rosters, organizational reporting structures, and property assignments

  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires including equipment requests, access submissions, reporting setup, and welcome materials

  • Submit and track IT tickets, system access requests, and equipment orders

  • Process invoices and vendor payments through Bottomline and related systems

  • Assistwithmaintainingsales calendars, reporting schedules, and operational timelines

  • Coordinate office and operational supply ordering for sales teams and support functions

  • Maintainaccuraterecords, documentation, and reporting across multiple systems

Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare and distribute recurring sales reports and leadership reporting

  • Maintain reporting accuracy and update reports as business needs, products, or organizational structures evolve

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, filtering, sorting, and data organization

  • Support performance tracking, ambassador reporting, and year-end reporting initiatives

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across sales data, reporting tools, and internal systems

Logistics& Shipping Coordination

  • Coordinate and fulfill high-volume shipping requests for sales teams, events, onboarding, uniforms, swag, printed materials, and operational supplies

  • Manage FedEx, USPS, and other shipping processes including label creation, package tracking, and postage management

  • Maintain inventory and organization of sales materials, swag, uniforms, and supply storage areas

  • Order and replenish packaging and shipping supplies as needed

Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Communicate professionally with Sales Leadership, property teams, vendors, IT, Accounting, Marketing, and Operations partners

  • Providetimelyfollow-up and support for requests, operational issues, and project coordination

  • Assistwith event preparation, leadership meetings, and National Sales Conference planning andlogistics

  • Support a collaborative team environment and contribute to process improvements and evolving departmental needs

Additional Support Responsibilities

  • Assistwith special projects, operational initiatives, and reporting needs as assigned

  • Adapt to changing priorities and support new processes, systems, or organizational initiatives

  • Attend meetings, events, or conferences as needed to support the Sales organization

Qualifications

  • High school diplomarequired; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales support, operations, hospitality, customer service, or related field

  • Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skillsrequired, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and data management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and cloud-based systems

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to managelogistics, shipping coordination, and operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency

  • Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce, Concur, Bottomline, or related platforms preferred

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments and organizational levels
