Harrington Bottling, the Pepsi Bottler of Bozeman, is hiring a Night Warehouse Lead to support our fast-paced warehouse and distribution operation. If you have experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory control, order picking, freight handling, truck loading, forklift operation, or distribution center work, this could be the next step in your career.
This leadership-focused role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a warehouse environment, taking initiative, and helping ensure daily operations are completed accurately and efficiently. As the warehouse's evening lead, you will help coordinate the final stages of daily activity and make sure delivery trucks, inventory, and warehouse areas are prepared for the next business day.
About the Position
The Night Warehouse Lead plays a key role in warehouse productivity and distribution success. You will assist with product movement, inventory organization, truck loading, and general warehouse coordination while helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient operation.
This position offers a later start time and works into the evening, making it a great opportunity for candidates seeking an afternoon shift schedule. You'll work alongside an experienced team while also taking ownership of important end-of-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee warehouse closing activities, prepare beverage products for distribution, verify delivery loads, organize inventory, and ensure route trucks are ready for next-day deliveries. You will support warehouse workflows, help maintain accurate product placement, assist with pallet movement, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
Successful candidates are dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a busy warehouse environment. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude are essential.
Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, distribution, inventory management, shipping and receiving, beverage distribution, food distribution, order fulfillment, pallet handling, or truck loading is highly preferred. Experience operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
