Responsibilities
  • Contact and engage prospective customers to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Sell auto, home, life, and other personal lines of insurance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and customer service.
  • Educate clients on coverage options and policy features.
  • Process applications, manage policy changes, and ensure all compliance standards are met.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks.

Requirements
  • Must currently have an active Wisconsin Property & Casualty License.
  • Willing to obtain Life license within 30 days of hire.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using technology for virtual meetings, CRM systems, and remote communications.
  • Must be available to attend in-person training at our East Lansing office for an initial onboarding period.
