Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager - Technology Strategy & Architecture, to lead the strategy, design and delivery of our Global Tax and Treasury platforms. This role operates at the intersection of Finance, Engineering and Compliance, driving system architecture, product direction and execution across critical financial workflows.

This is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of Product Owners and Technical Architects, ensuring alignment between business priorities and scalable technology solutions. You will lead modernization of tax and treasury technology stacks, define system architectures, manage complex integrations and enable real-time, compliant and resilient financial operations across global operations.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, or Finance Systems
  • 10+ years of experience leading and developing Product Owners, or Technical teams
  • 10+ years of experience with treasury platforms (e.g., Kyriba), tax engines (e.g., OneSource, Vertex, Avalara), and ERP systems (Oracle EBS, NetSuite)
  • 10+ years of experience supporting tax processes across Procure-to-Pay (S2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) flows, including indirect and withholding tax
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience designing and delivering multi-system integrations across ERP, TMS, and tax platforms using APIs, SFTP, and middleware (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft)
  • Solid understanding of banking integrations and standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT, NACHA, CAMT, BAI2)
  • Experience with global e-invoicing mandates and Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC)
  • Background in treasury operations, tax compliance, or financial accounting
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-ERP and global environments
  • Experience leading large-scale finance transformation or system modernization initiatives

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for Tax and Treasury platforms
  • Lead architecture strategy, including API-first and event-driven designs for financial data flows
  • Oversee integrations across ERP, tax engines, treasury systems, and global banking networks
  • Drive platform modernization, scalability, and standardization across business units
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, SOX controls, and audit requirements

About the Team

You will work closely with Tax, Treasury, Finance, and Engineering teams to deliver global financial technology solutions. The team focuses on tax compliance, treasury operations, ERP integration, and automation initiatives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to build scalable, efficient, and compliant systems that support global operations.

Hours of Work

  • Full-time permanent position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
  • Hybrid position working 2-3 days/week on-site.
  • Must live within a commutable distance toone of our US offices: Philadelphia or Kansas City or our London, UK office
