Lead Java Developer | Columbus, Ohio, United States Lead Java Developer - Contract to Hire (Columbus, OH - Onsite Interview Required) About the Role Join a technology-driven team as a Lead Java Developer, designing and delivering innovative IT solutions that drive business value and enhance customer experience. Leverage your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms to guide high-impact projects within a collaborative, agile environment. This is a 3-6 month contract to hire position with significant opportunities for professional growth and leadership. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement robust Java applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards. - Own the technical delivery of projects, mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional partners. - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that meet organizational objectives. - Lead the development and deployment of microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native applications. - Drive DevOps practices, ensuring quality, automation, and continuous integration using modern CI/CD tools. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance and reliability. - Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success. - Maintain and manage code repositories, architectural documentation, and deployment pipelines.
