Full-Time Bookkeeper, Accounting — On-Site (Minden, NV)

A. J. Levin Company Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, a positive attitude, and solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry for accounting transactions

• Draft and maintain financial records and documents

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Process vendor payments, invoices, and bank statements

• Follow up on customer payments and resolve payment issues

• Handle invoice discrepancies, credit memos, and vendor follow-ups

• Process payroll and assist with payroll-related entries

• Perform bank and account reconciliations

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
