Job description

  • Communication: Answering and triaging phone calls, taking messages, and communicating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • File Management: Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Scheduling: Scheduling appointments for Sr. Executives, such as meetings, and travel arrangements for clients.
  • Data Entry: Entering data accurately into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Office Support: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies and housekeeping supplies, and assisting with photocopying and mass emails to clients and families.
  • Basic Bookkeeping: May assist with tasks like invoicing and tracking expenses for programs and specific departments.
  • Reporting: Preparing data reports and presentations for Sr. Executive, sometimes with assistance from other team members as noted by Senior Executives.
  • Customer Service: Providing a positive and professional experience for visitors and clients.
  • Other Duties: May be asked to perform other tasks as needed, depending on the specific requirements of the role.

    Qualifications:

    • Education:

      Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Services or related field.

    • Experience:

      Must have senior level and or C-Suite 1 level experience and be have experience working in a high paced environment.
