Job description

We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper with the ability to manage day-to-day financial record-keeping processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, reconciling accounts and assisting with financial reporting.

Required qualifications

-          Proficiency with Quickbooks and Microsoft programs

-          Experience with bank reconciliation, account reconciliation and general ledger accounting

-          Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly

-          Solid accounting and record keeping abilities with strong attention to detail

-          Strong organizational skills and a basic understanding of accounting principles
