We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations with enthusiasm, professionalism, and efficiency. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will create a positive and organized environment that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service. Your energy and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations while providing exceptional support to all who walk through our doors.
Hiring for:
First Shift Saturday and Sunday, 7am - 3pm
Second Shift Saturday and Sunday 3pm - 11pm
Overnight Friday and Saturday 11pm - 7am
Responsibilities
Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and courteously.
Handle all front desk duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and managing incoming correspondence.
Maintain office organization through filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools.
Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for daily administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
Qualifications
Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong clerical and administrative skills.
