Terry H2O Solutions is a division of Middleby Corporation, a publicly traded global leader in the food equipment industry serving the Foodservice and Beverage, Residential, and Food Processing markets.

Terry H2O Solutions provides a range of water treatment solutions designed to integrate directly into water supply lines. Our products support a variety of applications, including restaurants, hospitals, schools, commercial kitchens, misting systems, and other environments where mineral scale accumulation is a concern. Our operation is located in Chandler, Arizona.

Position Summary

Terry H2O Solutions is seeking a hands-on Human Resources & Bookkeeping professional to manage daily HR, payroll, and accounting functions. Full-cycle payroll experience is required and Paylocity experience is strongly preferred.

Essential Responsibilities

Human Resources & Payroll

  • Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, benefits, PTO, and leave administration.
  • Maintain employee information in Paylocity and support HR reporting.
  • Assist  with recruiting, employee relations, performance documentation, and policy administration.
  • Process and audit full-cycle payroll, including timekeeping, deductions, benefits, wage changes, and adjustments.
  • Support compliance with applicable federal and Arizona employment and payroll requirements.

Bookkeeping & Accounting

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, vendor invoices, and payments.
  • Maintain general ledger records and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Assist with monthly/year-end close, financial reporting, audits, and tax requests.
  • Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records.

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years of combined HR, payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting experience.
  • Full-cycle payroll processing experience required.
  • Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HR administration, AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency required; accounting software experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Arizona employment and payroll requirements preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent  attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and occasionally stand, walk, bend, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds.

Compensation

Base Salary: $55,000 – $68,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
