Job description

Rosillo & Associates, PA is a Certified Public Accounting Firm specializing in tax preparation and we are seeking bookkeeper and customer service staff person for Miami, Downtown Doral in-person office work: at least part-time  8:30am - 12:30pm and additional time may be required. Duties include: bookkeeping, customer service, scanning, processing work, new client follow-ups, new corporation set ups, tax notice responses, and possibly some basic tax preparation, billing and collections. Compensation includes 401K upon starting and pay depends on abilities. Fluent English speakers are required; additionally, Fluent Spanish or Portuguese speakers are also preferred.

We are a Miami, FL - Downtown Doral based Certified Public Accounting firm focused on business/personal tax and accounting for multi-national business owners. We are seeking enthusiastic multi-lingual applicants whom are friendly customer service oriented team member that are diligent, organized, trustworthy and good with client work and follow-ups. Bookkeeping, Customer Service and some administrative duties like scanning and file management may be required. Retirement Account (401K) is offered upon start.
