Accounting Manager
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $33.65/hr
Location: Addison


The Accounting Manager/Bookkeeper is responsible for daily financial operations and general ledger integrity:

  • Financial Ops & GL: Handle journal entries, AP, wire/ACH donations, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit schedules.
  • Revenue & Compliance: Process PayPal/donor-advised funds, review income adjustments, manage tax receipts/1099s, and brokerage accounts.
  • International & Leadership: Execute Guatemala fund transfers, manage staff credit cards, and supervise the Accounting Assistant.

Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
