Bookkeeper
Bilingual- English and Spanish required.
Location:
Boca Raton, FL.
Salary Range: $50,000-65,000

About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper:

  • Preparing journal entries.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close.
  • Internal communication with branches in Argentina, Mexico, and Spain in Spanish and English.

Qualifications of the Bookkeeper:

  • 3-7+ years of accounting experience.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
  • Excel proficiency - Pivot tables & VLOOKUPs are a major plus!
  • Self motivated and strong attention to detail.
