Tuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Base Salary starting at $3,500/month + Monthly Commissions

US Event Management is looking for a motivated, high-energy Booking Agent to join our Vancouver office. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy coordinating moving pieces, and love working with people, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage events, demos, and promotions
  • Recruit and onboard Brand Ambassadors
  • Provide real-time support and solve issues on the fly
  • Fill last-minute shifts and ensure seamless event coverage
  • Communicate expectations, feedback, and updates clearly
  • Support staff performance and uphold company standards
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute successful campaigns

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of booking, scheduling, or event coordination experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Marketing or promotional experience (a plus)
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
