Job Description
Responsibilities & Skills Required:
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Managing, developing, and growing an existing account base.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and achieving an initial meeting with key prospect accounts.
  • Conducting professional presentations with prospects and existing accounts utilizing a question-based approach to uncovered customer needs and opportunities.
  • Developing an account plan that meets/exceeds the customer's needs, secures and grows the business, and provides a proper ROI for our Company.
  • A consultative sales approach that helps the customer be more successful.
  • Able to travel the entire USA.
  • The ability to sell an entire Brand, not just products.
  • A passion for sales, service and customers.
  • Skillful at developing long-term relationship with both external and internal customers.
  • The desire to win and a tenacious attitude to be successful in a long sales cycle.
  • The ability to work as a team with all Company managers and team members.
  • Possessing the highest level of integrity and respect.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience selling into either major Book Markets or Card & Gift Markets. This key position will sell into both the Book and Card/Gift channel. Especially important is having contacts and experience selling to regional and national retail chains.

The position can be based anywhere in the US with adequate access to a major airport.
