Job description

The Centralized Property Book Office (CPBO) provides property accountability oversight of the Indiana National Guard. The current manning for the Property Book Office is structured to support these functions. There is a need for additional audit support to maintain tolerance with all prescribed regulatory guidance. Property Book Audit and Review will assist the CPBO with review, audit and validation of all supporting documentation designed to help the INNG achieve its mission.

Contractor will ensure all personnel are trained and capable of producing/maintaining required reports on various schedules to include Unit Hand Receipts, monthly for CST, quarterly for all other units, Sensitive Item Listings (monthly for CST quarterly for all other units), Daily Transaction Reports (daily), Due-in Listings (daily), Cyclic Inventory Listings (monthly for CST, quarterly for all other units), Consolidated Property Book Listings, (quarterly). Ensure all personnel are trained in the validation of documentation and proper accountability of items purchased with the VISA Government Purchase Card. Notify the Property Book Officer of any serious incidents, to include the loss of any sensitive items listed in the property book, within 24 hours.
