Our Agency is looking for individuals that have been looking to enter the competitive world of INSURANCE! This program provides you with the ability to work under one of Farmers' most successful agents. Get your start as an insurance sales apprentice in our Farmers Insurance Agency Protégé Program! Learn the tricks of the trade from the best in the business and get the mentorship you need to know how to sell, prospect, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans to build your own book of business. Start to “earn as you learn” from the very beginning with no prior insurance experience required! Just bring your drive, motivation, and eagerness to learn and grow in the role. We provide FULL hands-on training from marketing, sales, staffing, customer service, and insurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

· Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business

· Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as an insurance agent

· Boost sales revenue by calling, texting, and emailing potential clients

· Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates

· Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals

Qualifications

· One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent is beneficial

· Must complete a background check

· Candidates must have or be willing to get Property and Casualty & Life and Health insurance licenses

· Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others

· Strong leadership and communication skills are a must

· Bilingual is a plus!

· Strong communication skills

· Trustworthy and Dependable

Compensation

$3,000 base pay plus commission
