Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and ambitious Sales Designer to design and sell custom storage solutions for Miami and Broward counties. You will meet clients in our showroom or their homes, mastering our proprietary Studio software to craft stunning designs, and close sales with confidence. With an entrepreneurial spirit, you will build your own book of business, turning your networking hustle into a thriving client base that drives your success and ours.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Engagement
    • Forge strong relationships with prospective clients through consultations and consistent follow-ups.
    • Deliver a standout, branded experience that showcases Inspired Closets' dedication to excellence.
    • Assess clients' needs and desires to lay the foundation for tailored designs.
  2. Design Mastery with Studio
    • Become an expert in Studio, our proprietary design tool, to create precise, clientready solutions.
    • Measure spaces meticulously (twice, with video/photos) and design using Studio's advanced features.
    • Present Studio-generated designs with flair, adapting on the spot to meet client feedback and budgets.
  3. Sales & Closing
    • Navigate our 10-step sales process-from introduction to close-with skill and persuasion.
    • Confirm appointments within 24 hours, setting clear expectations for time, location, and scope.
    • Seal the deal with poise, securing deposits and fostering future opportunities.
  4. Entrepreneurial Growth
    • Take ownership of your success by building a robust, self-generated book of business after 60 days.
    • Network relentlessly with interior designers, contractors, builders, realtors, and professional organizers to create your own leads.
    • Leverage your personal client base to earn higher Self-Generated (SG) commissions and long-term loyalty.
  5. Systems & Tools
    • Master our CRM platform (Partner Community) to track leads, update projects, and manage client data.
    • Use SharePoint for file management, adhering to company naming conventions.
    • Stay fluent in product details-types, materials, colors, and hardware-to educate and inspire clients.

    • Background in sales, interior design, or a client-facing role-design software experience is a plus.
    • Proven entrepreneurial drive or eagerness to build your own business within our framework.

Commission Structure

  • Company-Generated Leads: Earn 8% commission on initial sales and repeat business. Earn 10% commission on initial sales and repeat business with a close rate of 50% or higher.
  • Self-Generated (SG) Leads: Earn 15% on initial sales from your personal prospects (no company marketing or assistance), then 10% on future projects from these self-generated accounts.
  • SG Exclusions: Repeat business from company leads, referrals, or past clients earns the standard 8%-10% rate.
  • Total annual pay: $100,000
