Job description

Job Title: Deposit Operations Support Specialist

Overview:

Are you detail-oriented, team-focused, and ready to start or grow your career in financial services? As a Deposit Operations Support Specialist you will work behind the scenes to help keep our front line running smoothly. In this role you will process e-form requests, work through a ticket queue, answer questions from front line team members, review reports for accuracy and compliance and support various operational processes to ensure our banking services run efficiently.

What You'll Do: Every day you will provide support to branch
personnel and back-end processes. You will work with daily reports, note
exceptions, and communicate back to the branch or call center and partnering
with Fiserv on dispute processing and chargebacks. This role consists of
reviewing documentation, processing account verifications, auto-transfer and
over draft files, charge-offs, recoveries and savings bonds while maintaining
confidentiality.
