Looking for friendly, organized, welcoming, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.
The right person for this role should be able to multitask, greet and seat guests, take reservations, answer questions, correctly route calls, Invite potential guests inside who are viewing the outside menu board and handle guests' takeout meals. Additional duties include preparing the dining room, having awareness of diners and table maintenance, anticipating guests' needs, keeping a clean work environment, running food to the correct table and correct guest, and be a problem-solver and a team player.
Job Requirements:

  • Service Coordinators must have at least 6 months of Hosting experience in a restaurant environment.
  • Service Coordinators must have experience with table management systems such as SevenRooms, Resy or Open Table.
  • Manage waiting lists in a high volume environment to accurately set guest expectations.
  • Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • Be at least 16 years of age.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
