What is the Opportunity?
We are looking for a hands-on individual that will be in a role focused on bolting, assembly, and installation work in accordance with technical drawings and strict safety standards. The position involves using specialized torque and tensioning tools to assemble piping, structural steel, and flange connections while ensuring proper alignment, torque, and quality control. The role also supports maintenance and rigging activities and requires strong attention to safety procedures, including lockout/tag-out and pressure testing compliance.
What You'll Do Here:
  • Tighten and loosen bolts on flange connections and manways using impact wrenches, hydraulic torque wrenches, and tensioners in accordance with ISO drawings and work plans.
  • Assemble and secure piping, tubing, fittings, valves, and structural steel components such as beams and columns.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, piping isometric drawings (ISOs), and structural layouts to ensure accurate installation.
  • Install and remove blind flanges for pressure testing while strictly following lockout/tag-out and safety proceduresInspect bolt-ups to verify proper alignment, torque, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Perform minor maintenance, clean and maintain tools, and assist with rigging activities to position heavy components.
