Boldt is seeking a Estimator - Automotive & Industrial Construction to support complex automotive, industrial, and commercial construction projects across the United States.

This role is ideal for estimators with experience supporting automotive OEM facilities, assembly plants, manufacturing facilities, industrial process facilities, and large-scale construction projects. Whether your background comes from automotive construction, industrial preconstruction, manufacturing expansion projects, or heavy commercial construction, you'll play a critical role in helping clients make informed investment decisions and delivering projects that shape the future of American manufacturing.

As a member of our team, you'll develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, analyze drawings and specifications, evaluate project risks and opportunities, and build comprehensive cost models that drive successful project outcomes. You'll collaborate with project managers, operations leaders, trade partners, designers, and clients throughout the pursuit lifecycle from concept and design through bid submission and award.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $87,000 - $112,000, (negotiable) annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–5 years of estimating experience, including preparation of complete estimates
  • Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and developing scope of work
  • Understanding of construction systems, materials, labor, and equipment costs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and estimating/takeoff tools
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and support bid and proposal processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience with conceptual estimating and cost modeling
  • Exposure to GMP and lump sum project delivery methods
  • Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit or similar
  • Experience with self-perform estimating and productivity-based costing
