We’re looking for a Site Construction Manager who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and wants to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale mission-critical data center projects. This is a senior field leadership role where you’ll have full ownership of jobsite performance—from planning and sequencing to safety, quality, and final commissioning.

You’ll join a team that values ownership, accountability, and adaptability, where success is driven by collaboration with project teams, craft labor, and trade partners. What You Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in large-scale, union construction environments, ideally in data centers
  • Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teams
  • Deep knowledge of building systems, including:
  • Structural, concrete, and framing systems
  • HVAC, plumbing, chilled water systems
  • Electrical systems, including high/medium voltage and emergency power
  • Expertise in construction sequencing, logistics, and planning in high-redundancy environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing high-performing teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
  • Understanding of craft jurisdiction and union environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with hyperscale data center builds
  • OSHA 30 certification
