Absolute is on the hunt for a Residential Boiler Technician to join our dynamic crew! You'll be at the heart of installing and servicing cutting-edge boiler systems-radiant heat, snow melt setups, hydronic heating, and more. If you've got a background in plumbing or HVAC, this is your chance to level up your career in a role that's anything but ordinary.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Assemble and install pipe systems, fittings, and valves using a variety of tools and techniques-from soldering and brazing to press equipment.
  • Install high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, and hydronic systems with precision and care.
  • Keep detailed records of work assignments and system performance.
  • Fill and test systems with water, glycol, or air-monitoring pressure gauges to ensure optimal operation.
  • Maintain and repair boiler systems during retrofits or service calls.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to spec using specialized tools and machines.
  • Review blueprints and building codes to plan and execute flawless installations.
  • Keep your work truck stocked, organized, and ready to roll.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with boiler/hydronic systems.
  • Residential experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of tools, machines, and materials used in plumbing and HVAC.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
