Body Shop Receptionist

Plantation Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Body Shop Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our Collision Center. What You'll Do
  • Welcome customers and visitors with a professional, friendly attitude.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in dealership systems.
  • Assist the Body Shop team with administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Prepare, organize, and file repair orders and related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance representatives, and internal departments.
  • Process payments and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
  • Support the Collision Center team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous automotive dealership or collision center experience preferred.
  • Customer service or receptionist experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and dealership software.
