Be the First Impression of an Award-Winning Collision Center
McGraw Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Body Shop Receptionist to join our growing Collision Center team. As the first person our customers interact with, you'll play a critical role in creating a world-class experience from the moment they walk through the door or call our dealership.

What You'll Do
  • Greet every customer with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule body shop estimates and repair appointments.
  • Communicate with insurance companies and customers regarding repair status.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain customer files and assist with document processing.
  • Collect payments and process transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate rental vehicle paperwork when applicable.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist the Body Shop Manager and Estimators with administrative tasks.
  • Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Help maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service.
