The Voss Chevrolet Collision Centre is hiring body shop technicians. We are a busy body shop and we are looking for talented body shop technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Perform a wide range of automotive body repairs, including panel replacement, dent removal, and frame straightening.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot body and frame issues to determine the most efficient and effective repair methods while following the manufactures repair procedures.

- Utilize advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate and precise repairs.

- Follow established repair procedures and safety protocols to maintain a high standard of quality.

- Keep accurate records of repair procedures for the job performed.

- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, including estimators, customer service representatives, and painters, to provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a body shop technician, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proficient in automotive body repair techniques and skilled in using industry-standard tools and equipment.

- Extensive knowledge of different vehicle makes and models, with a strong understanding of automotive anatomy and structure

- Solid understanding of collision repair processes, including frame straightening, dent removal, and panel replacement.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair complex body issues.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to interact with team members.
