Job Description

This role will provide excellent ownership and exposure to work with other departments within Leap, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.

Salary range: $54000 - $64000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with all the necessary teams to position the company's presence and voice to align with the goals for growth and to best reach targeted clientele.

  • Generate and nurture new business by successfully executing on a sales plan.

  • Prepare for client appointments by performing client research and leveraging available resources.

  • Locate and analyze sales trends, service areas, and sales opportunities based on compiled data.

  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to resolve issues and close sales.

  • Identify and approach prospects (brands or agencies) either by phone or email.

  • Evaluate customer needs and identifies the proper resources to accomplish the goal.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Minimum one-year business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation

  • Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Experienced selling complex solutions or services to enterprise customersย 

  • Demonstrated leadership with a self-motivated desire to advance
