Boat Detailer

Boater's World Marine Centers is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Boat Detailer to join our Bradenton team. This role is all about keeping boats, yachts, and marine vessels in pristine condition—inside and out. You'll play a key part in ensuring every vessel looks its best and is ready for the water.

If you enjoy hands-on work, know your way around detailing tools, and take pride in the details, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a growing marine dealership.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Pressure wash and detail boats to showroom condition
  • Buffing and waxing to maintain shine and protection
  • Clean and protect canvas, upholstery, and interiors
  • Perform thorough floor and surface cleaning
  • Polish and maintain metal and glass finishes
  • Organize and maintain the service lot as needed
  • Assist the service team with additional tasks requested by the Service Manager
Requirements
  • Detailing knowledge (marine or automotive)
  • Marine detail or auto detail experience required
  • Power tool experience
  • Must know how to buff boats or automobiles
  • Responsible for completing full details on marine surfaces
  • This position is not for someone new to detailing
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
  • Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
Why Join Boater's World
  • Competitive pay with steady, full-time work
  • Supportive, team-focused environment
  • Opportunities for growth in the marine industry
  • Work hands-on with boats and be part of a dealership that takes pride in quality and service
