Ideal Candidate must be fluent in Spanish, have genuine passion for boating and a strong understanding of boats and industry. They will be efficient and proactive in their responsibilities and aid in achieving company goals by ensuring 100% customer satisfaction while complying with company procedures.
As a Sales Consultant, you will effectively engage customers in a professional and exciting boat buying experience while providing outstanding customer service.
This is a performance-based, 100 % COMMISSION ONLY position, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated and results-driven individuals.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and product knowledge
  • Proactively engage with potential customers in the community
