All Keys Boat Lifts is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Boat Lift Installer to join our growing team! If you have a background in construction and are ready for hands-on, outdoor work in a fast-paced marine environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with boat lift installation and related marine projects, maintaining high standards of quality and safety

  • Work effectively both on land and over water

  • Safely operate and maintain power tools and construction equipment

  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of construction experience

  • Strong understanding of general construction methods and practices

  • Must be able to swim — this is over-water work

  • Comfortable working at heights and in marine environments

  • HEAVY lifting required — must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

  • Familiar with power tools and construction equipment

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
