You will stay active and on the move rotating into various stations in this fast-paced environment assembling Ventvisors, hood shields, floor mats, fender flares, storage boxes, and running boards options using drills, screw guns, rivet guns & more!

Core Functions
• Operates machines to ensure continuous production at a constant rate of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials throughout the entire shift and performing basic adjustments to ensure safe and efficient production of products
• Perform in-process inspections of parts throughout the manufacturing run and ensure they meet visual standards of acceptance
• Responsible for producing parts in the proper quantity as identified by the production schedule
• Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications and in a timely fashion
• Perform operational procedures to ensure the quality of the product packaged
• Follow and commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service requirements
• Ensure daily production report data is reported correctly and up to date
• Recognize defective materials for color, surface blemishes, finish, and dimensions
Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment preferred

Physical Requirements
This position is subject to Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
