What is a board liaison?
What is the difference between Board Liaison vs Committee Coordinator?
| Aspect | Board Liaison |
|---|---|
| Credentials | Typically requires experience in nonprofit or corporate governance, strong communication skills, and familiarity with board operations. |
| Work Environment | Works closely with board members, executive teams, and stakeholders in office or organizational settings. |

- Maintain trustee records, schedules, and communications while ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the president, board of trustees, and senior management.
