Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpine, CA at Viejas Casino & Resort. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, and conducting interviews. The specialist coordinates offer processes, ensures a positive candidate experience, and supports onboarding in collaboration with HR and departmental leaders. Day-to-day activities include maintaining applicant tracking systems, attending career fairs and networking events, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable employment laws. The role works closely with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and support the resort’s culture of guest service excellence.

  • Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing to assess talent, facilitate selection decisions, and support timely placement.
