Job description

Our company is a leading supplier of various antennas to premiere commercial and defense companies. Because of strong demand and continued growth for our innovative, high performance products, we are looking for qualified people to join our engineering team.
The successful Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer candidate(s) will be responsible for designing PCBs from the beginning stages through the completed output process, perform PCB layout for analog, digital, and RF circuit boards through fabrication and assembly drawings generation, work from preliminary schematics, part lists, basic description of the board function, configuration, arrangement, as well as schematics capture from napkin drawings as defined by engineering.

Salary Range:
$100,000K to $105,000K per year
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
Experience: Experience with Altium Designer strongly preferred and software scripting for use in Altium Designer. Must have experience with the following: high-density/high-speed design, with signal integrity design techniques, low noise design and minimization of EMI/EMC, with RF and split analog/digital designs, Thermal reduction and harsh, high-vibration environment design experience is a plus, with Design for Manufacturability, Design for Assembly, and Design for Testability, and with ECAD libraries and library configuration management.
Skills: Strong work ethic and drive to succeed balanced with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with other team members, and ideal candidate will have experience with both MIL-STD and commercial components.
