BNC National Bank is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Personal Banker III to join our Glendale, AZ team. This position is ideal for an experienced banker with a strong understanding of consumer and business banking products, account opening procedures, and branch operations. As a Personal Banker III, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding customer experiences while supporting branch operations through transaction overrides and approvals within assigned authority level, and helping customers find the right financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building lasting relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized financial solutions.
  • Open, close, and service a full range of consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit (CDs), retirement accounts, and treasury management-related services.
  • Accurately process consumer and commercial banking transactions while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services to help individuals achieve their financial goals.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of BNC's products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Support daily branch operations, including documentation, compliance, balancing, and operational controls.
  • Contribute to branch sales, referral, and customer service goals.
  • Promote and positive, collaborative work environment focused on teamwork and service excellence.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail banking experience required; 5+ years preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience opening, closing, and servicing both consumer and business deposit accounts.
  • Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and branch operations.
  • Experience performing transaction overrides and exercising sound judgment.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for serving customers and supporting teammates.
