POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated BMW Master Shop Foreman to lead our automotive service team. This vital position involves managing daily shop operations, ensuring high-quality repairs, and guiding our technicians. Candidates who are passionate about BMW vehicles, possess advanced technical expertise, and have strong leadership abilities are encouraged to apply.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Supervise and coordinate all shop activities, including schedules, workflow, and staff assignments.
  • Oversee and carry out complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on BMW vehicles.
  • Ensure all work complies with BMW standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Mentor, train, and develop technicians to foster a high-performance team.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and confirm repairs are complete.
  • Work closely with service advisors and management to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Stay updated with BMW technology, tools, and training requirements.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BMW Master Certification.
  • BMW HV Specialty Certified.
  • ASE Master Certified.
  • Expertise in BMW systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
