As a BMW Client Advisor With BMW of Pittsburgh, you’ll be at the forefront of the automotive industry, selling cutting edge technology that makes driving a passion. Requirements:

  • Provide great customer service to customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner whether in person or by telephone

  • Provides customers with vehicle status information

  • Answers and directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties

  • Assists internal departments as needed

  • Performs other administrative duties, as assigned

  • Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment

  • Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner

  • Maintains a professional and friendly appearance at all times

Qualifications: 

  • Friendly and positive attitude

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience handling in/outbound calls
