Job description

BMS CAT is a national leader in disaster restoration. From initial clean-up to complete rebuilds, BMS CAT is there every step of the way. We work on multi-million dollar commercial projects as well as several thousand dollar residential losses and everything in between. Founded in 1948, we have a long standing reputation as a leader in our industry.


The Role

As the name suggests, the Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations of our regional center. You will assure excellence in work performed including Fire and Water mitigation, cleaning and pack-out of contents, construction rebuilds and put-backs. You will have responsibility for the warehouse operations and all transportation and logistics functions. You will be responsible for staffing, training and scheduling of the team to ensure maximum productivity. This role is also responsible for assuring all customer satisfaction and insurance scores are kept at the highest levels.
